New Humanitarian Parole Law
As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, there was no specific “new law” for humanitarian parole in the United States. Humanitarian parole is a discretionary mechanism that allows certain individuals who are otherwise inadmissible to the United States to enter the country for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit. It is generally used on a case-by-case basis, and the criteria and procedures for humanitarian parole are established through regulations, policy guidance, and administrative processes rather than specific laws passed by Congress.
However, it’s important to note that immigration laws and regulations can change, and new policies or legal developments may have occurred after my last update in September 2021. To get the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding humanitarian parole or any other immigration matters, it is recommended to consult the official website of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or speak with an immigration attorney who can provide guidance based on the most current legal and policy developments. Additionally, you can refer to the Federal Register or other official government sources for any recent changes to immigration laws or regulations.
Please ensure that you verify the latest information from official sources as immigration policies and laws may have evolved since my last knowledge update.
C.A.R.E.S. Magazine will keep our readers posted in real time as new development arises.
